Check your risk

Under the “Your Risk” section, input your home address (or a city, state, or geographic landmark) or locate your position to immediately discover the earthquake magnitude likely to affect that area within your lifetime. Utilize the map layers to examine various hazards such as shaking, liquefaction susceptibility, wildfire hazard, and more (depending on location).

Review your risk worldwide

Scroll and scale to observe all recent earthquakes anywhere globally. Temblor consolidates earthquake data from major seismic agencies worldwide into a real-time exhibition of global earthquakes over the past 24 hours, 2 days, 7 days, or 30 days.

Explore fault lines across different regions of the globe, including those nearer home.

Earthquake Alerts

Temblor will notify you when an earthquake occurs near your location. It's important to note that this is not intended as an earthquake early warning system and does not predict imminent shaking. Several agencies globally distribute early earthquake warnings in seismically active regions. We recommend you contact your local agency for receiving such alerts.

The “Articles” section directs you to Temblor Earthquake News, a platform dedicated to earthquake-related reporting. Temblor endeavors to furnish accurate, accessible, and comprehensible earthquake information to the public.
